  A nice Panera with great staff that keeps it clean. The only thing that would have been better is if they had more seats with outlets since I went their to work and needed to switch seats to plug in.

  Half way through ordering, someone came up and told the cashier we're close now and sent us on our way. Great management skills, hope not all Panera's are run this way.

  As a business who places large orders (between $70-$130) often, we can speak from experience when we say that ordering from this location has put a bad taste in our mouth. Over the course of 6 months, 4 of our delivery orders have been incorrect or missing food which ultimately leads to us having to drive all the way to the panera location to pick up our missing or incorrect items!! (This is because "their drivers don't just deliver items again when they're incorrect or missing from an order" - a quote from a manager of the establishment) Overall, we are VERY UNHAPPY, as we have given them multiple opportunities to make things right and get our orders correct!
  They even provide sheets with checked off items and can see on the sheet that they deliberately did not check off certain items. Then, when we go to pick up our missing item, they offer a measly $0.99 bakery item! Wow... how thoughtful.... how about a refund on the cost of the item to make up for our gas and time off work to come pick the item we ordered up!
